INSIDE THE BUILDING, A NEW ELECTRIC ROOM WILL BE CREATED WITH CONSTRUCTION LIMITED TO FURRING THE EXISTING WALL FOR THE ELECTRIC PANELS AND EQUIPMENT, ADDING A DOOR AT GRADE ALONG STREEPER STREET FOR CONTRACTOR ACCESS ONLY DURING CONSTRUCTION AND ALTERING THE EXISTING DOOR INTO THE NEW ELECTRIC ROOM TO PROVIDE PANIC HARDWARE COMPLIANT WITH NEC REQUIREMENTS AS PER PLANS AS PER CODE.$480,000Jul 25, 2022
