| BTEMP | The Offstage Groove Garden is a recurring outdoor live music event series taking place in the private parking lot adjacent to 1616 Thames Street, home of The Sound Garden retail store in Baltimore. This application is for a temporary event permit covering four individual event dates: May 2, 2026; June 13, 2026; July 25, 2026; and August 15, 2026. Each event will consist of a small scale outdoor concert featuring live mixed music performances. The anticipated attendance is approximately 250 guests per date. The event is privately organized. There will be no plumbing work, no structural modifications, and no electrical installation or alteration associated with these events. All sound equipment will be temporarily set up and powered by existing standard electrical outlets located within the 1616 Thames Street retail space. No additional wiring, generators, temporary panels, or electrical infrastructure will be installed. All equipment will be plug and play and removed in full at the conclusion of each event. Temporary event infrastructure will include speakers. No permanent fixtures will be constructed. Event setup will take place prior to each event start time, and complete breakdown and removal of all equipment will occur immediately following each event’s conclusion on the same day. Offstage successfully hosted two Groove Garden events at this same location in 2025 without incident. All event operations, layout, and production elements remain consistent with prior approval.
