This is a repair of where the wall Will need to be cut. Want to be sure the area is sealed, painted white, smooth and visually appealing with no cracks or peeling. 4/ Masonry repair of brick front of house. The brick requires pointing to fill in missing mortar. 5/ Install 2' foot high sitting wall to replace the concrete/cinder block wall that was removed. The sitting wall will meet the existing neighbors wooden wall. 6/ Install patio flooring with Nicolock pavers (includes leveling with sand). 7/ During delivery of the patio materials, the contractor (Long Fence) will temporarily park in front of the property to offload materials. Once the materials are safely stored inside the property gate, the work truck will either park on a side street or return to their office. This same scenario will be required at the end of each work day to collect packing materials, debris or to close out the job. 8/Will replace existing wooden patio gate with a wrought iron security gate with a secure deadbolt. 9/ Will power wash the walkway on the side of the property and the steps on the front of the property.
