Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP): Plumbing work (including new bathroom installation and sink replacements) will be performed and permitted by a licensed Master Plumber. Electrical work (for bathroom addition, lighting, and general renovation needs) will be performed and permitted by a licensed Master Electrician. Materials & Code Compliance: All installations will comply with the Baltimore City Building Code, International Residential Code (IRC), the National Electrical Code (NEC), and the Maryland Plumbing Code. All new windows and doors will meet current energy and safety requirements.
