IN THE UPPER FLOOR, AN EXISTING WINDOW WILL BE FILLED IN TO ALLOW FOR THE DEMOLITION AND SUBSEQUENT INSTALLATION OF A NEW, MORE FUNCTIONAL WINDOW. EXISTING DOORS AND WINDOWS WILL ALSO BE REPLACED WITH NEW UNITS, AS WELL AS NEW WINDOWS, ACCORDING TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE PROPOSED DESIGN.
