SELECTIVE DEMOLITION WILL ALSO BE CARRIED OUT TO ACCOMMODATE THE NEW LAYOUT, WHICH INCLUDES BEDROOM 3, THE MECHANICAL ROOM, BATHROOM 1, THE CLOSET, AND ACCESS POINTS, AS INDICATED IN THE PROPOSED PLAN. IN THE GROUND FLOOR, THE OPENING OF AN EXISTING WINDOW WILL BE FILLED IN TO ADAPT THE SPACE TO THE NEW DISTRIBUTION OF THE LIVING ROOM, DINING ROOM, AND KITCHEN, AND EXISTING WINDOWS AND DOORS WILL BE DEMOLISHED TO INSTALL NEW UNITS, AS WELL AS NEW WINDOWS, ACCORDING TO THE DIMENSIONS AND LOCATIONS SPECIFIED IN THE PROPOSED PLANS. IN THE UPPER FLOOR, AN EXISTING WINDOW WILL BE FILLED IN TO ALLOW FOR THE DEMOLITION AND SUBSEQUENT INSTALLATION OF A NEW, MORE FUNCTIONAL WINDOW. EXISTING DOORS AND WINDOWS WILL ALSO BE REPLACED WITH NEW UNITS, AS WELL AS NEW WINDOWS, ACCORDING TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE PROPOSED DESIGN.
