SASHES WITH ROTTEN WOOD, BROKEN JOINTS, OR BROKEN OR LOOSE MULLIONS OR MUNTINS SHALL BE REPLACED. • REPLACEMENT WINDOWS MUST USE THE ENTIRE EXISTING OPENING.
