ELECTRICAL: Electrical Service & Devices Upgrade: 1. Wire whole house to code with new (200-amp) service with disconnect. 2. Provide and install two (2) 5/8-inch ground rods 3. Provide and install one (1) #4 grounding electrode conductor of water ground and bond gas pipes 4. Provide and install one (1) #6 bear grounding electrode conductor. 5. Provide and install up to Twenty (20) standard light fixtures. 6. Provide and install all necessary smoke detectors, switches, and receptacles. 7. Install & Provide power for existing exhaust fans and sump pump. WATERPROOFING: Basement - Drain Tile: 1. Demo, Excavate and Remove approx. (110 L.ft.) concrete and soil @ lower front basement floor. 2. Excavate and Remove approx. (100’ L.ft.) soil @ upper rear basement dirt floor. 3. Install Drain Tile, Gravel and tie into existing basin with existing sump pump @ front lower basement. NOTE: Existing discharge line drain pipe exits at front right side of yard. 4. Install and Finish new concrete @ lower basement new Drain Tile System Installation. 5. Back fill w/existing soil @ upper rear basement new Drain Tile System Installation.
