Install R-49 insulation at 2nd floor ceiling. At 1st & 2nd floors, install 1/2" drywall over existing plaster ceilings. All interior walls to remain, patch walls as needed. At 1st & 2nd floor windows, install drywall returns at sides & heads, 1x sills & colonial aprons (total 10). Install 10 pre-hung interior doors. Install 30 lf of baseboard at 1st & 2nd floors. At 1st floor, install 3/4" pre-finished hardwood T&G flooring. At steps to 2nd floor & entire 2nd floor except bath, install wall to wall carpet. Prep, prime and paint all 1st & 2nd floor walls, ceilings and trim. At 2nd floor bathroom, remove fixtures, floor & wall finishes and install 1/2" MR drywall over all wall framing. Install cement board at tub area and ceramic tile 5' above tub edge at three sides and ceramic tile at floor. Approved For Work only.
