At 1st & 2nd floors, install 9-pre-hung interior doors and 300 lf. of baseboard. At 1st & 2nd floors prime & paint walls, ceilings & trim. Install vinyl plank flooring at entire 1st floor and wall to wall carpet at steps to 2nd floor, three 2nd floor bedrooms & hall. At 2nd floor bathroom, install ceramic tile at floor and at three sides of tub surround to 5' above tub edge. Separate permit will be required for electrical, mechanical, and plumbing work.
