Install R-21 insulation at front and rear, 1st & 2nd floor walls. At 2nd floor ceiling, frame out new ceiling with 2 x 4's and install R-49 insulation. At 1st floor, frame out walls to enclose basement stair opening and kitchen party wall as per floor plan drawings. At 2nd floor, frame out new walls to create new front bedroom, rear bedroom & new bath including closets as per attached drawings. Install new 1/2" drywall at all 1st & 2nd floor walls and ceilings. Install 5-interior pre-hung doors and 2-interior closet doors. At all windows, install drywall returns & 1x sills & aprons (8 total). Install 275 lf of baseboard. At 1st floor install vinyl plank flooring. At steps to 2nd floor, two bedrooms & hall install wall to wall carpet. At 2nd floor bath, install ceramic tile at tub area 5' above tub edge and at floor.
