COM2023ORIGINAL PERMIT FOR THIS PROPERTY WAS ISSUES ON 1/25/23 AS COM2023-51949. UNDER THIS PERMIT, EACH TRADE PULLED THEIR OWN RESPECTIVE PERMITS. FRAMING, INSULATION AND ALL TRADE RI INSPECTION WERE APPROVED AND DRYWALL WAS ABLE TO BE HUNG ON 4/12/23 AFTER INSULATION WAS INSPECTED. WE COMPLETED EVERYTHING AFTER DRYWALL AND WERE ABLE TO GET SOME OF OUR FINAL INSPECTIONS, WHICH INCLUDED PLUMBING AND ELECTRIC. HOWEVER, BGE TOOK OVER 4 MONTHS TO INSTALL THE GAS METER BECAUSE OUR LINE WAS CONNECTED WITH THE NEIGHBORS. THIS PREVENTED ME FROM GETTING MY GAS FINAL INSPECTION, HVAC FINAL INSPECTION AND BUILDING/U&O FINAL INSPECTIONS. THIS PUT US PAST OUR PERMIT EXPIRATION DATE, WHICH CAUSED ME TO PULL AN EXTENSION ON THE ORIGINAL PERMIT, WHICH WAS DONE SO ON 9/20/23 UNDER COM2023-80857. I WAS ABLE TO GET THE GAS FINAL INSPECTION AND HVAC FINAL INSPECTION DONE ON 10/21 AND 10/26. HOWEVER, I DID NOT REALIZE THAT THE EXTENSIONS ONLY LAST 30 DAYS, WHICH WAS NOT ENOUGH TIME TO GET BOTH TRADES INSPECTED AS WELL AS MY BUILDING FINAL AND U&O. $10,000Dec 22, 2023
