Full façade replacement is not included in this proposal. • Rebuilding Together Baltimore to coordinate with Homeowner for duration of work. • No repairs to existing windows. • No work is included on existing starbolts. • Baltimore City permits included. • CLM will not perform additional work that is considered unforeseen and needs re-placement without contacting RTB for approval prior. • Finishes limited to portion of interior front wall only. Painting not included for entire room(s). • All work to be completed via the structural write-up provided by Steadfast Engineering dated 5/16/25. CLM has been directed to perform Option 1, which includes adding (2) additional star bolts. • CLM recommends Steadfast review condition of front façade next year to monitor if the condition is worsening.
