Painting not included for entire room(s). • All work to be completed via the structural write-up provided by Steadfast Engineering dated 5/16/25. CLM has been directed to perform Option 1, which includes adding (2) additional star bolts. • CLM recommends Steadfast review condition of front façade next year to monitor if the condition is worsening.
