COMPOSITE STEPS: CONSTRUCT STEPS WITH STRINGERS 12” OC, USING STRINGER HANGERS AND COMPOSITE RISERS FACED WITH WHITE COMPOSITE TRIM. STEPS WILL INCLUDE A SECONDARY HANDRAIL AS PER CODE. 5. COMPOSITE LANDING: CONSTRUCT A 4' X 4' LANDING AS A TRANSITION AREA, POSITIONED TO AVOID INTERFERENCE WITH THE PARKING AREA. 6. UNDER-DECK DRAINAGE SYSTEM: INSTALL APPROXIMATELY 24 SQUARE FEET OF TREX RAIN ESCAPES BENEATH THE DECK FOR WATER MANAGEMENT. 7.
