ITEM TO BE REPAIRED ARE AS FOLLOWS: DRILL HOLES AND INSTALL 6”X6”TREATED WOOD POSTS REINFORCED WITH CONCRETE OR USING CONCRETE ANCHORS. INSTALL TREATED WOOD FRAMING USING 2”X10” BEAMS, 2”X8” JOISTS, METAL ANCHOR AND ½”X8” GALVANIZED BOLTS WITH WASHERS AND NUTS, FOR A RENEW 20’X11’ DECK. INSTALL FLOOR USING 1”X6” BEACH HOUSE COMPOSITE BOARDS. INSTALL TREATED WOOD RAILLINGS, USING 6”X6” TREATED WOOD POSTS. INSTALL WHITE PVC COVER TO THE MAIN BEAM OF THE SHINGLE ROOF COVER.
