PREPARATION WORK: SPACKLING: FILLING IN CRACKS AND HOLES TO CREATE A SMOOTH SURFACE. SCRAPING: REMOVING ANY LOOSE OR FLAKING PAINT. SANDING: SMOOTHING THE SURFACE FOR BETTER PAINT ADHESION. CAULKING: SEALING GAPS TO PREVENT WATER INTRUSION. PRIMING: APPLYING A PRIMER TO ENSURE PROPER PAINT ADHESION AND DURABILITY. 2. PAINTING: APPLICATION: TWO COATS OF PREMIUM QUALITY PAINT (SHERWIN WILLIAMS PAINTS) WILL BE APPLIED TO ALL PREPARED SURFACES. MATERIALS: ALL PAINT PRODUCTS AND RELATED MATERIALS WILL BE OF PREMIUM QUALITY. 3. SPECIFIC REPAIR AREA: LOCATION: RIGHT FRONT CORNER OF THE BUILDING, APPROXIMATELY 6-8 FEET OFF THE GROUND. DAMAGE DESCRIPTION: TWO SMALL SECTIONS OF PLASTER HAVE FALLEN. ONE SECTION MEASURES A FEW INCHES IN HEIGHT AND WIDTH, AND THE OTHER SECTION MEASURES ABOUT 10 INCHES IN HEIGHT AND 3 INCHES IN WIDTH. BOTH ARE ON THE CORNER OF THE BUILDING, ABOUT 6-8 FEET OFF THE GROUND. ONE SECTION IS ONLY A FEW INCHES HEIGHT AND WIDTH, THE OTHER IS ABOUT 10 INCHES HEIGHT AND 3 INCHES WIDTH.
