INSTALL NEW ¾” TONGUE-AND-GROOVE PLYWOOD SUBFLOOR (50 SF) AND TYVEK WRAP FOR ADDED PROTECTION. WINDOW AND EXTERIOR FINISHES: CAREFULLY REMOVE, REINSTALL, AND RE-FLASH FIVE EXISTING WINDOWS ON THE BALCONY.
