COM2019interior remodel of residential row house. we propose to build new interior wood framed (2"×4") partitions per the provided plans. this would include relocating the existing kitchen, adding a laundry area on the 2nd floor and a new bathroom on the on the 3rd floor. new stairwell openings will be provided from the basement to the third floor of the dwelling. remove the existing roof and framing as several structural members are compromised. we will provide new (2"×10" @ 16" on center per baltimore city code. new 5/8" t&g sheathing will be installed followed with base sheet rubber and then cap sheet rubber installed for a new finished roof. all party-walls will be furred out using (2"×3") material @ 24" on center. 11 new windows and 2 exterior doors will be installed using existing locations and sizes. the existing single story rear addition needs to have sheathing, siding and framing repaired per baltimore city code. the rear addition is currently dirt floor and we propose to install a gravel base and pour concrete to finish at the same elevation as adjoining room. the existing opening in the brick wall dividing the new kitchen from the dinning room will be expanded per plans provided. install new exterior rails on front porch and stairs. clean and paint front porch and upper cornice. finish all new framing in drywall & paint. install all new interior finishes. all work will be done according to baltimore city code and per submitted drawings.$70,000Apr 18, 2019
