Doors • Remove and replace existing interior and/or exterior doors. • New doors to match existing opening sizes. • Exterior doors to be insulated and weather-rated per energy code requirements. • Door hardware, locks, and safety glazing to meet applicable code standards. • No changes to door locations or wall framing. ? 3. Cabinets • Remove and replace existing kitchen and/or bathroom cabinets. • New cabinets to be installed in existing locations. • No relocation of plumbing, gas, or electrical systems. • Cabinet installation to comply with manufacturer specifications and clearance requirements. • Countertops (if included) to be installed without structural modification. ? 4. Flooring • Remove existing flooring materials as needed. • Install new flooring (e.g., hardwood, laminate, tile, vinyl, or carpet). • Subfloor to be inspected and repaired as necessary without altering structural framing. • Flooring installation to meet manufacturer and building code requirements. • Transitions and finishes to be installed at doorways and adjoining rooms. ? Exclusions • No structural alterations. • No additions or expansions. • No changes to load-bearing walls. • No changes to HVAC systems. • No major electrical or plumbing modifications beyond minor reconnections as required. ?
