THE DECK IS NOW 13X12. WE HAVE PICTURES THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS INCLUDING FOOTING DEPTH, CONNECTION/FASTENERS ECT. THE DECK WAS ALREADY A SCREENED IN PORCH AND THE SCREEN HAD COME DOWN YEARS PRIOR FROM WEATHERING. THE STOP WORK ORDER ALSO MENTIONS A NEW DOOR, THE DOOR IS A REPLACEMENT DOOR NOT A NEWLY INSTALLED DOOR, WE HAVE PICTURES OF BEFORE, AFTER AND THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS. TO SUM UP THE WORK, THE DECK STRUCTURE WAS ALTERED FOR STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY AND EXTENDED 4FT OUT BEYOND ITS PREVIOUS END, INTO THE REAR YARD TO BE IN LINE WITH THE NEIGHBORS PROPERTY.
