WITH INTERIOR FINISHED AREAS AS DEPICTED ON THE PLANS. THE MAXIMUM ROOF HEIGHT OF THE BUILDING WILL BE 35 FT ABOVE GRADE. THE FRONT SETBACK WILL BE APPROXIMATELY 25 FT TO COMPLY WITH DIMENSION ZONING STANDARDS. THE BOTTOM OF FOOTING ELEVATION WILL BE APPROXIMATELY 48” BELOW ADJACENT GRADE AT ALL LOCATIONS. THE FRONT OF THE PROPERTY FEATURES AN EXISTING CURB CUT THAT WILL REMAIN IN THE FINAL DESIGN. SUBSOIL DRAINS SHALL BE INSTALLED ADJACENT TO THE FOUNDATIONS AND DOWNSPOUTS WILL BE USED TO DIVERT RAINWATER AWAY FROM THE FOUNDATION.
