CONCRETE SLABS: POUR TWO CONCRETE SLABS TOTALING 164 SQUARE FEET: ONE 6’ X 22’ SLAB AGAINST THE HOUSE, AND ONE 4’ X 8’ SLAB AT THE BASE OF THE STAIRS. 4. FENCE INSTALLATION: INSTALL 148 LINEAR FEET OF A 6-FOOT-HIGH PRESSURE-TREATED PINE FENCE, WITH PLANKS RUN HORIZONTALLY FOR A PRIVACY WALL. 5. SHADE SAIL INSTALLATION: INSTALL STEEL POSTS PAINTED IN TRICORN BLACK TO SUPPORT A 12’ X 12’ TAN MESH SHADE SAIL. ATTACH THE SHADE SAIL TO THE HOUSE WITH EYERING BOLTS. 6. BALUSTER AND HANDRAIL INSTALLATION: INSTALL WOODEN BALUSTERS ALONG THE PERIMETER OF THE DECK WITH A COMPOSITE TOP RAIL. INSTALL HANDRAILS ON BOTH SIDES OF THE NEW STAIRS. 7. ADDITIONAL WORK: RELOCATE THE HVAC CONDENSER AND ENSURE IT IS IN PROPER WORKING ORDER. INSTALL WEED MAT AND PEA GRAVEL UNDER THE DECK WHERE THE AREA IS NOT COVERED BY CONCRETE.
