IF NECESSARY, THEY WILL BE REPAIRED OR REPLACED WITH MATCHING FIXTURES. • COLOR MATCHING: THE WINDOWS WILL BE REPAINTED IN THE SAME COLOR AS THE ORIGINAL TO MAINTAIN THE HISTORIC APPEARANCE OF THE PROPERTY. • JAM REPAIRS: ANY BROKEN OR WORN JAMBS WILL BE REPAIRED AS NEEDED.
