| BCCM | *This application is for 2307 Madison Avenue, but it refers to a project that spans 2303, 2305, and 2307. The permit for 2303 has already been granted from the joint application and I am now applying for 2305 and 2307. The granted permit number is COM2024-82385 However it is a single project across all three properties, for which one of three permits has already been granted. The original application listed all three property addresses - I am not sure why 2303 was the one granted.* This six-foot privacy fence replaces a dilapidated, hardly functional chain-link fence running across the rear property lines of 2303, 2305, and 2307 Madison Avenues. The old fence, even if in good repair, is not secure – it is short enough that people cross our yard to hop over it and it does nothing to give privacy to any of the three properties. The new fence is made of pressure-treated 1x6 wooden pickets with pressure-treated 4x4 pressure-treated posts. A stabilizing, ornamented crossbeam over both gates prevents the lock from going out of alignment with warping or settling (the crossbeam is pressure-treated 2x4). The fence matches existing, neighboring fences. The two gates are standard four feet wide. The gates are at 2303 and 2307 and have key locks that operate from both sides. 2303 and 2305 are owned by Nicholas Bellinson; 2307 is owned by Charles Cephas, Jr.. As per plans as per code. | $1,200 | Aug 5, 2025 |
