Frames will be cleaned and primed with an appropriate exterior-grade primer. Paint will be applied to match the existing color, selected from the Sherwin-Williams palette in consultation between the owner and contractor. The perimeter joint between each window frame and adjacent masonry will be properly sealed using a compatible sealant to prevent water intrusion.
