COM2019per chap::repair the deteriorated cornice on the first and second floor of the side oriel. missing wood will be replaced with spanish cedar milled to match the existing in dimension and detail. deteriorated wood will be repaired using appropriate epoxies or replaced in kind with spanish cedar, to match details and dimensions. all deteriorated metal flashing will be replaced with copper flashing. the two cornices will be treated with a cleaner and painted to match existing trim color. on rear carriage house, remove rust from existing roof, and clean entire aluminum surface. paint with two coats of sherwin williams pro industrial direct to metal acrylic coating, color to match existing color of green wood trim on main house (a patinated green color). all work to be completed as per plans in chap files. reissue approval for the following work, which was approved in the ntp on 10-2-13: non structural alterations: exterior work: per chap. ntp: repaint metal carriage house roof to have the appearance of aged cooper. repair cornice, and bay window cornice where possible and if necessary, replace original trim in kind. all work will be done according to baltimore city code.$14,000Apr 2, 2019
