At the basement, replace the marble water table where deteriorated or missing with new marble stone to match existing. At the 1st floor, replace the door with one 4 panel wood door with Baltimore bullnose trim. At the 1st floor, replace the windows with two 1/1 double hung wood windows with transoms with Baltimore bullnose trim. At the 2nd and 3rd floors, replace the windows with six 1/1 double hung wood windows with Baltimore bullnose trim. Scrape, prime, and paint the masonry wall with Benjamin Moore HC-27 – Monterey White. Scrape, prime, and paint the cornice with Sherwin Williams SW6258 – Tricorn Black. Windows, window trim, and door surround to be painted Benjamin Moore HC-27 – Monterey White. Star bolts and door to be painted Sherwin Williams SW6258 – Tricorn Black. | $10,000 | Jun 18, 2026 |
