At the 1st floor, replace the windows with two 1/1 double hung wood windows with transoms with Baltimore bullnose trim. At the 2nd and 3rd floors, replace the windows with six 1/1 double hung wood windows with Baltimore bullnose trim. Scrape, prime, and paint the masonry wall with Benjamin Moore HC-27 – Monterey White. Scrape, prime, and paint the cornice with Sherwin Williams SW6258 – Tricorn Black.
