COM2019per chap::partially reconstruct 30 sq. ft. rear 3 rd floor brick wall that has collapsed using the existing historic bricks. the brick pattern will match the existing, and mortar will match existing in color, texture, hardness, and joint profile. the temporarily removed rear window will be reinstalled. remove shutters from 3rd floor front window opening, and reopen the window opening. if there is an existing window, the applicant is to retain and submit information to staff about the condition of the window. if there is no window, the applicant will install a full replacement wood trimline l300 with baltimore bullnose and wood jambliner covers that properly fits in the brick opening. on second floor façade, remove paint from 3 original wood windows, which will require temporary removal of off-site paint removal and installation of plywood or plexiglass. repair windows as needed using appropriate wood epoxies, piecing-in with wood to match, or replacement of rails in-kind to match existing. the windows that are being repaired or installed will be painted sherwin williams tricorn black. on the front and rear elevations, peeling paint will be removed, and the brick elevations will be painted an off-white to match the existing color. a missing piece of cornice trim on the façade will be remilled to match the remaining trim, reinstalled, and painted to match existing trim. on rear, replace four pieces of damaged face trim around doorway to match existing, and paint to match. on rear deck, remove two exterior staircases connecting the rear porches. patch the holes in the porch ceilings and floors in-kind to match existing materials in materials and details. where porch flooring is deteriorated beyond repair, replace in-kind to match existing. where balusters and railings are missing or deteriorated beyond repair, replace in kind to match existing. scrape and repaint porch floors, balusters, and trim as needed, repainting to match existing colors. all work to be completed as per plans in chap files except where this atp supercedes. $7,000Mar 8, 2019
