Install (¾”) plywood roof sheathing to overhang framing. 8. Install new (1”x 10”) white prime trim and facia boards. FLOORING: Rear Basement Bedroom Area: (Total 220’ sq/ft:) 1. Remove ALL existing flooring @ rear basement bedroom. 2. Remove existing baseboards & shoe molding around rear bedroom walls. 3. Remove & Repair (64’ sq/ft) area of water damaged subflooring and elevated floor wood framing. 4. Prep & Install new (1/4”) plywood underlayment for new laminate plank flooring. 5. Install new waterproof laminate plank floorings in over new underlayment. 6. Install & Finish 6” inches of (½”) GWB @ bottom of existing bedroom walls to meet finished flooring. 7. Install new (4”) primed baseboards w/ (½”) shoe molding around perimeter walls. PLUMBING: 1st Floor Bathroom Renovation: Approx.:(6’w x 7’l) 1. Demo & Dispose of the entire bathroom, not limited to standup shower, medicine cabinet, vanity, sink, toilet, section of finish walls & ceiling, baseboards and finish flooring. 2. Reconstruct existing main waste lines, supply lines and install ALL necessary waste, vent and supply lines for all new fixtures. 3. Supply & Install exhaust vent with necessary ductwork to vent out to exterior of property. 4. Provide & Install (1) new walk-in tub/shower with surround (1) new shower head. 5. Install new sink/vanity (w/marble top) with new supply lines & chrome shut off valves. 6. Install new 2- piece white elongated toilet with new supply line & chrome shut off valve. 7. Install new medicine cabinet, (2) towel bars and (1) toilet paper holder 8. Provide new electrical wiring for ceiling & vanity light fixtures, exhaust fan, switches and (1) GFIC outlet. 9. Prime & Paint entire bathroom interior walls, ceiling, door, and baseboards. 10. Install (¼”) new floor underlayment & (21’ sq/ft) of Non-Slip Laminate Flooring, with (4”) colonial wood baseboard. ELECTRICAL: 1. Disconnect, Remove & Relocate electrical service line new location for safety. Approved For Work Only.
