BI-FOLD GATE INSTALLATION: INSTALL A 14-FOOT WIDE BI-FOLD GATE AT THE REAR OF THE PROPERTY. THE GATE WILL MATCH THE EXISTING FENCE IN DESIGN, MATERIALS, AND HEIGHT TO PRESERVE THE HISTORIC AESTHETIC. MATERIALS AND SPECIFICATIONS: THE FENCE AND GATE WILL BE CONSTRUCTED OF IRON, MATCHING THE EXISTING FENCE IN BOTH MATERIAL AND DESIGN. ALL COMPONENTS WILL BE PAINTED TO MATCH THE EXISTING COLOR AND FINISH OF THE FENCE. LOCATION: REAR OF THE PROPERTY.
