Remove & Dispose existing Right & Left Porch Columns. 3. Repair/Remove existing damaged (2”D x 8”W x 16’) Porch Header. 4. Install new Double P.T. (2” x 16”) header. 5. Install new (18’ L/ft) exterior Trim boards and white metal coil stock to match existing. 6. Install new (3) Right, Center & Left Porch (8” x 5’) Round Structural Fiberglass Columns with Cap & Base to rest existing brick pillars. 7. Prime & Paint new porch columns to match existing color. ROOFING: Main/Front Porch/Rear Porch: (Dim 18’ x 50’/ 18’ x 12’/12’ x 10’) 1. Remove (2) layers of existing roofing system. Remove & Replace all flashing, (2) pyramid glass skylights, moisture & heat vents, fascia metal and damaged plywood. 2. Install (3) new pyramid glass skylight units and Loose lay and heat seal, a modified bitumen single ply roof, Cool White reinforced with polyester over the manufacturer’s approved underlayment, in full compliance with the manufacturer’s installation requirements. GUTTERS, DOWNSPOUTS & SPLASH BLOCKS: Main Roof, Front & Rear Porch Roof 1. Remove existing, Furnish, and Install @ Front & Rear Porches & Rear Main Roof (50 l/ft) of new (5”) Seamless Gutters with (45’ l/ft) of Downspout w/splash block where appropriate.
