First Floor (Main Level) The first floor layout includes: • Living room • Dining room • Half bathroom • Kitchen Wall construction: • Perimeter walls will be built using 4-inch assemblies, consisting of: o 2x4 wood studs o ½” gypsum board • Any intermediate interior partitions will be constructed using 4.5-inch assemblies, consisting of: o 2x4 studs o ½” gypsum board on both sides All finishes, cabinetry, flooring, and trim will be upgraded throughout the level. ________________________________________ 5. Second Floor The second level includes the following proposed layout: • Master bedroom with: o Walk-in closet o Full private bathroom • Two additional bedrooms, each with its own closet • One shared full bathroom for these two rooms Additional work: • A new window will be added on the rear façade, providing natural light to one of the proposed bedrooms. • All intermediate partitions will be constructed with 4.5-inch wall assemblies (2x4 studs + ½” gypsum board on both sides). ________________________________________ 6. Third Floor The third level includes: • Two bedrooms with closets • One full bathroom • Laundry area All interior partitions will be built using 4.5-inch assemblies (2x4 studs + ½” gypsum board). ________________________________________ 7.
