BRCMTo install new baseboards and floors. The living room is 18 sq ft. The foundation for the floor will be in ply wood. At a later date carpeting will be added. Baseboard molding will put around the entire square footage area at a height of 6 inches. Both the baseboards and flooring will be pine or oak, or a combination thereof. I am planning on doing these renovations myself, so no contractors are listed on my application. After being declined on my initial application, I spoke with Lauren from BCDH on 7/23/25 and she advised me to submit this amendment with the flooring details, baseboards, and square footage and told me that it should be approved with the added details. I also want to make clear that this permit will only be for the flooring and baseboard renovations for my living room. Any additional renovations I decide to implement will be at a later date, and i will apply for a second permit at that time. Also, I selected the "Change of Scope" option for this amendment because that was the only option that is near to my reasoning for submitting this amendment. The scope information has only gone up slightly. I'm still expecting a total cost for flooring and baseboard material to not exceed $600.00. Thank You for your help.$600May 28, 2026
