Supply and install all materials necessary to replace the entire roof including: - Disconnect and remove existing HVAC unit from roof. - Flash and seal existing skylight. - Cut and remove perimeter flashings and membrane roofing (3 layers existing). - Remove existing recovery board and underlying membrane down to wood subflooring. - Install 7/16 OSB base sheathing. - Install 2 ply granular membrane roof system. - Perimeter flashings and membrane terminations installed to secure all systems. - Miscellaneous flashings, fasteners, and caulking (screws, pipe collars, & membrane tape). - Tie in new roof system to adjoining neighbors using termination bar. - Perform yard clean up: trim trees, remove debris, etc. - Our Crews are licensed and insured. - Crews will maintain safety requirement at all times during the construction process.
