| BRCM | I brought this house turnkey. I was told I needed a U/O so applied for a use of occupancy. An inspector by the name of Dane Stowers failed the home for the inspection and put in the notes “needs permits for electrical and plumbing fixtures, water heaters and building permit for windows, doors, drywall installation, open attic ceiling for insulation inspection” so I am applying for these permits for whatever is required. BUSE-25-002799 I am merely complying with the request of the inspector. The home is sound and intact. The only thing I added to the home was new windows.
