At the 1st , 2nd, and 3rd floors, install 1/1 double hung wood windows with Baltimore bullnose trim. Install 4-panel wood door with Baltimore Bullnose trim. Install one arched clear glass transom pane with bullnose trim. Door, transom, and windows to fit the existing historic masonry openings with no additional framing or filler. Install one black wrought iron handrail at the main entryway, attached through mortar joints and at concrete sidewalk (no installation within marble stair). Install one exterior lantern sconce adjacent to the main entryway. Applicant to submit proposed design railing and lantern for CHAP staff approval. Door to be painted with new Sherwin Williams SW6244 – Naval. Cornice, windows, window trim, and door trim to be painted with Sherwin Williams SW7008 – Alabaster. Complete the following work on the side: Repoint mortar where open, deteriorated, and too hard with lime-based mortar to match historic mortar. Mortar to be same color (when dry), texture, joint size, profile, and hardness as historic mortar. Install 1/1 double hung fiberglass windows. Windows to fit the existing historic masonry openings with no filler. Complete the following work on the rear: At the 1st floor, install one 6-panel metal door painted white. Install 1/1 double hung fiberglass windows. Door and windows to fit the existing historic masonry openings with no filler. Install cementitious horizontal smooth-lap siding, at the rear 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors where collapsed walls were replaced with wood. Install pressure-treated wood landing and staircase at the rear entryway to grade.
