New addition to be clad with new James Hardie cementitious horizontal smooth lap siding in red brick color. Install at the 1st and 2nd floors, three new white 1/1 double hung vinyl windows. Install at the 1st floor, one new white full-lite vinyl door. New doors and windows to have 1”x3” cementitious Hardie trim. New decking structure to be the same size, color, location, and architectural style as existing historic decking structures. Complete the following work on the roof: Along the building’s roofline, install new modified bitumen torch-down rolled rubber membrane. New roofing membrane to be same size, location, and pitch as existing historic roofing membrane.
