DUE TO SUPPLY CHAIN ISSUES AND STEEL STRUCTURAL MEMBER AVAILABILITY THE DESIGN HAS BEEN MODIFIED. THE ACCOMPANYING DRAWINGS SHOW NEW STEEL BAR JOISTS REPLACING THE ORIGINAL MEMBERS THAT SPANNED FROM THE OUTER CONCRETE MASONRY UNIT WALL TO AN EXISTING STEEL WIDE FLANGE BEAM IN THE MIDDLE OF THE BUILDING. THE TOP OF THE BLOCK WALL WILL BE GROUTED A MINIMUM OF THREE COURSES DEEP AND ANCHOR PLATES WILL BE INSTALLED FOR THE NEW JOISTS. JOISTS WILL BE WELDED TO THE ANCHOR PLATES AND SUPPORTING BEAM. THE NEW ROOF SYSTEM FOR THE DAMAGED AREA WILL BE A SINGLE-PLY EPDM MEMBRANE OVER CONTINUOUS R-30 RIGID INSULATION AND WILL TIE IN TO THE SURROUNDING UNDAMAGED ROOF SYSTEM.
