The waterfront trail is adjacent and connects to development projects that are under construction and done by others. The project is adjacent to a proposed development that is currently being constructed under the following permits: Developer's Agreement (1808A), Grading Permit (COM2023-00086 / ePlans # 2023-69), and BCNR (10021).
