Sewer Line Reconstruction: Reconstruct existing building sewer line from the building to the City connection or property line cleanout per DPW standards. Install new PVC Schedule 40 or approved material for all building drain and waste piping. Provide proper slope, cleanouts, and venting per the Baltimore City Plumbing Code. Electric Water Heater: Install one (1) new electric water heater, complete with T&P relief valve, discharge piping, shutoff valves, and dielectric fittings. Connect to existing electrical circuit as provided by others. Water heater installation to meet all safety and code requirements. Testing and Inspection: Perform water, air, and operational tests per Baltimore City Plumbing Code. Schedule rough-in, final, and service line inspections with the Baltimore City Plumbing Inspector. General Notes: All work shall comply with the Baltimore City Plumbing Code, DPW Water and Wastewater Specifications, and all other applicable local and state regulations. All materials shall be new and approved by the Plumbing Inspector prior to installation. The licensed Master Plumber will obtain the plumbing permit and coordinate all inspections.$5,000Nov 12, 2025
