THE ENTIRE ROOF NEEDS TO BE REFRAMED WITH 2X10 JOISTS AT 16'' ON CENTER TOPPED WITH SHEATHING WHICH WILL BE 5/8'' PYROGUARD TO BRING UP TO CURRENT CODE.
