COM2019THE PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT WILL ENCOMPASS THE AREA OF 3700 AND 3710 PULASKI HIGHWAY IN BALTIMORE CITY. THESE IMPROVEMENTS WILL INCLUDE RE-SUBDIVIDING THE SUBJECT PROPERTY INTO 2 LOTS. LOT 1 (37,371 SF) WILL INCLUDE THE PROPOSED AUTOZONE DEVELOPMENT, AND LOT 2 WILL INCLUDE AN EXISTING AUTO REPAIR SHOP. THIS MINOR SUBDIVISION WILL BE COMPLETED UNDER A SEPARATE PLAN. APPROVAL CONTINGENT UPON FINAL SUBDIVISION APPROVAL.RAZING PERMIT IS REQUIRED. THE EXISTING FAST FOOD RESTAURANT LOCATED ON LOT 1 WILL BE RAZED, INCLUDING THE BUILDING PAD, PARKING FIELD, AND OTHER ASSOCIATED STRUCTURES. THE PROJECT AREA (LIMIT OF DISTURBANCE) WILL MEASURE 0.89 ACRES. THE PROPOSED BUILDING WILL BE A 7,382 SF STRUCTURE.
