Approx. 48 SF overhang. - front porch ceiling-Replace damaged ceiling soffit - Approx. 112 SF. -------- TRADES -------- - 2nd floor shower- Repair leak in drain line and trap. - Due to damages of tub, pipes, faucet, diverter in sink – ALL needs to be replaced. Includes tub surround, floors and exhaust fan. - Supply and install three (3) electrical plugs – 1 dining room, 2 in kitchen… Supply plug and switch for furnace and wire for outside unit.
