WE WILL ALSO BE FRAMING USING 2X4'S A 11 FT BY 3'9 FT CLOSET FOR THE LAUNDRY ROOM. WE WILL INSTALL DRYWALL, NEW TRIM, NEW DOOR AND INSULATION. AN OFFICE/DEN WAS FRAMED AS WE ACQUIRED THE PROPERTY AND WE WILL BE FINISHING UP THE FRAMING TO CREATE A SEPARATE LIVABLE SPACE. TOTAL FRAMING USING 2X4'S INCLUDES A 10'9FT BY 8'3FT OFFICE/DEN. ON THE OTHER SIDE WE ARE FRAMING USING 2X4'S TO FINISH THE FAMILY ROOM THAT WILL BE 13'6FT WIDE AND 25'2 FT LONG. WE WILL INSTALL DRYWALL, NEW TRIM, NEW DOOR AND INSULATION WHERE DEEMED NECESSARY.
