Dog Ear plank wood fence, (1) - (36” w x 6’h) entry gate w/ hardware, w/ (4”x 4” post, 12" min. footing) supports into (30”deep below grade) concrete footings. GYPSUM WALL BOARD: Repair GWB Walls & Ceiling 1. Install, Finish & Paint sections of missing GWB removed during electrical wiring and overhang ledger board installation. WINDOWS: 1. Remove existing & Install (5) Double Hung, White, (½) screen vinyl windows/ LOW-E glass. 2. Wrap & caulk exterior existing frames with aluminum core stock. Approved For Work only.
