ENTIRE ROOMS INSIDE THE HOUSE WILL BE PAINTED (CEILINGS, WALLS, BASEBOARDS, DOORS, AND CASING TRIMS). THE UPSTAIRS BATHROOM WILL BE FINISHED WITH NEW SHEETROCK AND INSTALL SUBWAY TILES SURROUND THE BATHTUB WITH THE NICHE. THE 7 WINDOWS WILL BE REPLACED WITH DOUBLE PANELS AND 3 EXTERIOR DOORS WILL BE REPLACED (WINDOWS AND DOORS WILL BE REPLACED IN THE SAME SIZE AND LOCATION).
