Insulate exterior walls with R-21 and attic with R-49. Replace interior doors to fit existing openings. Stairs and handrails will remain as-is. Exterior work includes building a new rear deck measuring 15 feet by 5 feet, as well as exterior painting, window sealing, and caulking. All work will be done according to approved plans and in compliance with the Baltimore City Building Code. Approved For Work only.
