THE BATHROOM WILL INCLUDE A BUILT-IN SHOWER ENCLOSURE WITH CERAMIC TILE AND CEMENT BOARD, AS WELL AS A NEW TOILET, SINK, AND ACCESSORIES COORDINATED WITH THE OWNER. EQUIPMENT SUCH AS THE WATER HEATER, GAS METER, AC UNIT, ELECTRICAL PANEL, AND METER WILL BE INSTALLED IN THE LOCATIONS INDICATED ON THE PLANS. STRUCTURAL WORK INCLUDES THE INSTALLATION OF NEW HEADERS AND LVL ELEMENTS AS SHOWN IN THE FRAMING PLANS TO ALLOW THE NEW LAYOUT WITHOUT AFFECTING EXISTING STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS. AT THE GROUND LEVEL, THERE WILL BE NO WALL DEMOLITION; ONLY THE EXISTING DOORS AND WINDOWS INDICATED ON THE PLANS—INCLUDING UNITS D1, W1, W2, W3, AND W4—WILL BE REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH THE SPECIFIED NEW UNITS. THIS LEVEL WILL ALSO INCLUDE NEW DOORS DR-1, DR-2 AND DR-3 AND DR-3 AND NEW W3 WINDOWS INSTALLED IN THE EXISTING OPENINGS. ALL DIMENSIONS, ALIGNMENTS, AND ELEVATIONS SHOWN ON THE PLANS WILL BE FOLLOWED, ALONG WITH ANY STRUCTURAL OR FRAMING REQUIREMENTS INDICATED.
