The replacement of Joists, Headers, and beams will be done if in case is required. All the changes will be specified in the drawings. In the basement, the roof structure will be demolished to increase the height, in addition to the removal of existing windows and doors, which will be replaced with new units according to the necessary specifications for each. In the upper floor, the openings of 2 doors located in Bedroom 2 and 3 will be filled in. Existing doors and windows will also be replaced with new units, as well as new windows, according to the requirements of the proposed design. The necessary demolition work will also be performed to complete the reconfiguration of the entire level, which includes the master bedroom, Bedroom 2, Bedroom 3, hallways, closets, 2 bathrooms, in addition to the installation of egress windows in all bedrooms. All construction work will strictly follow the proposed plans, including the creation of new interior walls, the closure and infill of window openings, new openings, the integration and reconfiguration of habitable spaces, and the installation of new doors and windows with their corresponding specifications, ensuring the proper adaptation and functionality of each designed area.
