Finish drywall and paint 2 coats. INSTALL AN ELECTRIC SMOKE DETECTOR w/BATTERY BACKUP – 3-One on each level (3) plus 1 each bedroom. Install a new, UL listed electric hard wired smoke detector with a battery backup. Detector to have a test button, hush button and flashing LED indicator. Unite shall include battery back up. REMOVE EXISTING FLOOR COVERING AND INSTALL NEW LAMINATE FLOOR-Living room, dining room, upstairs hallway, 3 bedrooms. Remove existing floor covering. Install proper subflooring and laminate flooring to underlayment using manufacturer recommended adhesive and installation instructions. Install shoe mold if vinyl tiles do not fit snugly under baseboard. Approx 694 sq ft. Boiler Replacement - Gas to Gas-Replace existing boiler with gas fired new boiler unit to match existing BTU's. Installation to include all power and control wiring, digital thermostat, expansion tank, circulation pump, water and gas supply, shutoff valves and flue piping. Ensure all existing radiators are working. The installation is required to maintain a minimum of 70 degrees F. BATHROOM REMODEL-Replace bathtub, toilet, vanity, sink and faucets. Replace bathroom floor with 12x12 ceramic tiles – owner to select color. Provide and install per manufacturer's instructions a new white fiberglass bathtub. Install any necessary water lines, drain lines, vents, framing, blocking, shims and nailers to ensure proper and code approved installation of tub unit. INSTALL A NEW 40 GALLON GAS WATER HEATER. Remove existing water heater and install per plumbing code requirements a new 40 gallon high recovery glass lined R-7 insulated gas water heater with minimum Energy Factor of .58 and a 5-year tank warranty. EPDM - FULLY ADHEARED--WHITE/COOL ROOF. Remove existing roof material including front porch roof to substrate. Dispose of debris at a legal landfill. Comply with manufacturer's instruction of preparation of substrate to receive fully adhered membrane roofing system. Clean substrate of dust, debris and other substances detrimental to new roofing system. Approx 720 sq ft. Approved For Work only.
