Remove non-load boarding wall that divides the kitchen from the dinning room. Remove old lighting. - Rebuild – Install new electrical GFI outlet as needed above base cabinets. Install granite countertop, wall and base cabinets. Install new tile flooring. - Install new recess lighting. Install all new appliances WD, fig, stove, mic and GD. . All heat radiators will remain the same location. - Dinning Room and Living Room CAT I DEMO: remove old wood floors. Remove old pop corn ceiling. All perimeter walls will remain the same. Repair wholes in wall and paint. Install new ¾ real wood floors and baseboard trim. Install new recess lighting. - Install new front/back doors. 2ND FLOOR (Current make up of 3rd floor consists of 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. All door/windows will remain the same. Tub and toilet will remain. All 2nd floor heat radiators will remain the same.) - Bedrooms repair whole in wall/ceiling paint. Install new carpet in bedrooms. - CAT I DEMO: Bathroom remove all old tile wall walls. Remove old tile floors. Remove old sink. - Install new ceiling fans. - Install new drywall/paint walls.
